Direction générale de l'Aviation civile The Direction Générale de l'Aviation Civile (DGAC) is the administration, attached to the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, which groups together all the State services responsible for regulating and supervising air safety, air transport and civil aviation activities in general.
